As part of a series of collaborations between the School of Architecture and the School of Art and Design, artist Dan Graham (born 1942) will be an artist-in-residence at the University of Illinois at Chicago this fall.
Graham’s work is located at the intersection of architectural, sculptural, and conceptual issues. His large-scale pavilions are sculptural analyses of modernist functionalist architecture as well as spaces for social interaction and observation.
