Matthew Coolidge is the Director of Programming at the Center for Land Use Interpretation in Culver City, CA. The Center is a research and education organization interested in understanding the nature and extent of human interaction with the earth’s surface; and in finding new meanings in the intentional and incidental forms that we individually and collectively create. The Center’s unique approach to exhibitions and projects highlights the relation of aesthetics to the everyday, overlooked, and complex underpinnings of our cultural landscape.
