Common, Community Driven Architecture opens in Bordeaux

Common

Common, Community Driven Architecture, an exhibition co-curated by Professor David Brown, recently opened at the Bordeaux-based architecture center arc en rêve. The exhibition draws on The Available Citythe 2021 Chicago Architecture Biennale that Brown directed, as well as co-curator Christophe Hutin’s contribution to the Venice Architecture Biennale. Common explores architecture as a communal experience and a community-driven practice and asks how it might be possible to build a new vision of shared urban space. The exhibition is on view through September 18.
