Ania Jaworska selected as finalist for MoMA PS1 Young Architects Program
Faculty member Ania Jaworska has been selected as one of the five finalists for 2017 MoMA PS1 Young Architects Program (YAP). Finalists are chosen by the museum's YAP committee (including Glenn Lowry, Director of The Museum of Modern Art, and Alanna Heiss, Founding Director of MoMA PS1) from a larger pool of young professionals nominated by deans of architecture schools and editors of prominent architecture publications. The site is PS1's triangular courtyard, and the project is to design a pavilion or recreational space to host the museum's Warm Up summer music festival. The courtyard and installation will be open to visitors throughout the summer. The winner will be announced in February.
