This concert comprises the Beethoven’s world-famous Symphony No. 5 and Georges Hüe’s lesser-known Fantasie pour flûte. It will also present UIC’s new student Conducting Apprentices and a world-premiere piece by the winner of the Department of Music’s Concerto Competition.
